Damaged or Defective
If your Strange Water is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us at hi@strange-water.com. Our team will be more than happy to help. A photograph of the damage and your order number get it moving fastest.
Wear
Unworn wear can be returned in its original condition. Write to us first and we'll tell you where to send it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it appears — usually a few working days.
